His Letter

I wish you could hear my thoughts, hear what I have been trying to tell you. You tune me out when I speak, don't you understand that I love you? I would give everything for you, yet you choose the other. Am I not good enough for you?
I enjoy our talks , but you hurt so much. I am here, I have always been here, and always will be. I will not leave you like so many others. Lean on me, and I will carry you out of this.
Please do not cry. Please do not cry. Everything will turn out for the better, you will see.
Tears stain my face, as you continue to hurt your self. Don't, just don't. You don't need to do that, just come with me an I will protect you, I will take you away from that forever. I will love you for an eternity. I love you, you are mine, and I love you.
You can say whatever you want, I will listen. Ask for anything and I will answer. I will stand by you. I will stay with with you for every heart break, every joy, every pain, everything. Nobody knows you as I know you. And I love you.

Sometimes we loose sight of what really matters. I encourage those who are broken and upset, just to think about how much God loves you. and will love you NO MATTER what you do or say. Please don't turn away Gods unending love, you need it so much more than you think.

Be the Change you Wish to See in the World

The Pure and Simple Life: The Dieting Plan

I believe that life should be as simple as possible. I think its normal for the average American to believe that they need more more more. and if you believe that way, then good for you :D. But I believe that is not what life is about.
My Diet Plan:
Please talk to a doctor or specialist, before going through with this, you know just in case. These are my own observations.
OK, so last summer I decided it was time to get into shape. Well actually I've always wanted to be in shape, I just didn't want to put up the effort. I wanted the weight to just fall off or magically disappear, and for muscle to take its place. So now that I have lost 13 pounds since this summer I am writing some of my observations.

1. Run Like your life is counting on it!-well jogging will work to, but seriously running is a high level of cardio, which burns thru fat like no other. Running 30 minutes a day every other day is enough. Or walk if you need to, but DON'T QUIT! which leads me to number 2...

2."Don't stop, just keep breathing, that right, breath"- Gimli from Lord of the Rings- You can not give up just because you are not getting the results you want. Ant that does not just apply to exercising. If you want something you have to fight for it. I read a book that was a memoir on Chuck Norris. I am positive that he wrote it himself, and my martial arts teacher had given it to me. Any how he was saying/writing how he needed some training, so he went to temple in California, where a martial artist lived. He said that he had to wait 3 days in the heat, outside the temple just to be let in. Then when he requested to be taught, they put him to work, not on martial art like stuff, but cleaning, repairs and cooking. It was a length of time before he even started training, but he didn't give up.And he admits that he wanted to. but think about it, you don't hear of  famous actors/actresses giving in just because they got a bad review, and if you think about it every one starts at rock bottom. Only the strong make it to the top.

3.Trust and glory to God- Yes I am going there. You know why? Because you can not do it on your own. Its just that simple. Many who have support from family and friends cant get started, even do well, but in the end those will go away and then what will you be left with? I know for a fact God will never leave you nor forsake you. So put your faith and trust in him and you would be surprised that if you listen he makes the best motivator and couch.

4. The Pioneer Plan- OK so if you look into history not a whole lot of people were fat, or obese, or even out of shape in the pioneers times. Its because all the food they ate was real, and they had to work for it. They had to store it, or even eat less so that they would have enough through the winter. Now we have modern times so that we don't have to resort to starving our selves. But they did not have processed food, or a McDonald, or even ketchup, and that sort of stuff. Every thing they had they made, with a few simple ingredients. And I know eating healthy is a wallet slimmer but if its a huge problem, grow a garden, with all that hard work for food, you might enjoy it more knowing how much you put into it other than money.

5. Learn to Love- Its hard at first but you might enjoy or even learn to love exercising. I know it can seem impossible, but its true. I use to hate running, with a passion, I would despise it, and mentally i would think "anything BUT running" and now i am obsessed, i cant wait till i get on the road again. As odd as that sounds. When you learn to love something, its not a chore any more. :D

The Pure and Simple Life: Allergies

I believe that life should be as simple as possible. I think its normal for the average American to believe that they need more more more. and if you believe that way, then good for you :D. But I believe that is not what life is about. So i think i am going to start posting stuff that i know to be a simple way to do some stuff :D
Allergies:
Those suck, lets just face it. and its around to that time of year where they are going to be bugging you. You can buy all sorts of medicine, and if you buy the cheap stuff it doesn't work, or it makes you sleepy, or you can buy the expensive stuff and slowly go broke. Not a very nice cycle is it? What if you could break that cycle? You can! <---Starting to sound like a commercial :p But seriously, you can. 1 Teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. When you start to feel the effects of allergies come on ,just drink it.I prefer to drink it with water, cause it can burn my stomach, and it is easier to get down, but just remember that the more water you add, the more you have to drink.
